Virtual Workshops for CBSE School Leaders, Teachers, Counselors, Parents, and Students 

(July 2024)

To ensure the professional development of school leaders, teachers, and counselors in area of career/psychosocial counseling, and to facilitate students and parents in the career decision-making process, CBSE will be organizing a training series in July 2024. This will be a series of five virtual workshops , focusing on one stakeholder per week, specially designed to provide the participants with a holistic approach to career advising and decision-making processes.

CAMPAIGN - "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam"

This is regarding the tree plantation campaign "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" was recently launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister on the occasion 5th June World Environment Day 2024. He has also urged all to contribute in making our planet better and informed that in the last decade, India has undertaken numerous collective efforts which have led to increased forest cover across the nation. This is great for our quest towards sustainable development. In order to make the tree plantation campaign a mass movement, the schools are requested to administer the pledge in the school assembly and organize a tree plantation drive in the school premises and encourage the students to plant a sapling in their mothers in their respective areas.

Interaction Programme on National Curriculum Frameworks ( C.B.S.E )

The Central Board of Secondary Education is organizing a Stakeholder Interaction Programme to comprehensively assess the opinions, concerns, and perspectives of schools regarding the implementation of the National Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage (NCFFS-2022) and the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE-2023). 

The programme will be chaired by the Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India. 

The programme aims to foster open dialogue and collaboration among various stakeholders, addressing the concerns of schools in implementing the NCFs and other initiatives such as Jadui Pitara, e-Jadui Pitara, Vidya Pravesh, Bal Vatika etc.

If you are interested in earning a certificate, you need to do the following:

• Join the online course that will be launched on the DIKSHA portal. Course link :
• This course will be open till 15th March, 2026.
• Join the course and go through all the videos.
• Take up the final assessment in the course. You can attempt the assessment only thrice.
• If you score 70% or above in the final assessment, you will get a certificate. You can access your certificate on your DIKSHA profile page. It may take 15-20 days to receive the certificate.
• If there is any problem in the portal, raise your complaint to the teacher help in the DIKSHA portal

Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) under Ministry of Home Affairs in collaboration with MyGov is organizing an online Quiz on Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in an effort to publicise and enable a better understanding of the law among the youth and masses.
